Joanne was not doing commercially well single wise with PI flopping and MR doing decent but only after exhausting promo and super bowl. A 3rd single would fail so the promo video we got for JW made sense Chromatica maybe intended to have more but as we know Covid-19 altered a lot of plans Its possible in the future on a future album release if it does well and she doesnt have so many unexpected set backs she may release more than 2 But i wouldnt expect 4 or 5. Tho honestly, was the most balanced album in respect to quality of recording and mastering. Its has been a big problem in her catalogue. Which they didnt adress. And that bothers me a lot. Yes, she had had some redone sessions. But that normal, she brings major coins. All her previous album were done in record time. Then theres the incongruency in bringing nashville songwriter and get something quite specific but then wrapping up with bloodpop, as it to discredit the project. Instead of considering the efforts and say :"maybe lets concentrate on this route" and give her other 6 months. They are a bit incopetent for me. Ppl here don’t really care for a talk show performance or mini promo spots. We just want to see her albums be used to their potential, meaning we want more than just 2 singles/album, we want more than just 2-3 mvs for a 16 track album. Tour dvds would be nice, a visual album would be nice, radio deals would be nice. Compare her to Taylor and Beyoncé but at least they always pump out content when it comes to their albums. Even Katy does. I’d take a visual album, tour DVD, 3-5 singles and a couple of big award show performances over any other type of promo she did during her early years. venuspop 807 Posted March 17, 2021 Share Posted March 17, 2021 I like to think that Chromatica had a very elaborate plan with how things would go and how they would be released, but unfortunately with covid that changed a lot of things which, in my opinion, hurt the era, hopefully rumors of Gaga and her team putting the era "on pause" until things get better and she's done filming, etc. are true and Chromatica will get her redemption, but even if the era is over, it was still magical rocket number 9 take off to the planet 🚀 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

Like sending a song to radio was the easiest and safest thing to do during the pandemic and yet she didn’t do it. Some ppl say it’s because she knew she couldn’t promote it but that shouldn’t matter considering PI, TC, SL and ROM weren’t promoted.
