The cookie itself isn’t what I’m tasting much at all, but the creme is so good. It reminds me almost exactly of the colorful frosting that comes in spray cans for detailed baked good decorating. I recognize it’s most likely the density of the food coloring accounting for the taste but it’s nostalgic of my childhood, and oddly enough, somewhat comforting to have a few of these every now n then Also, they’re great if you let them soak in some milk. I had a crumb rub against one of my teeth and I haven't been able to eat another once since. I'm a huge texture-based eater, so that did me in. The taste is amazing, though.
