Girl do you know how silly you sound?

Stores like Walmart are ran by corporations, and corporate greed. They have no choice but to be open, drag queens perform at their own free will. Not the same thing 😩

They don't work out of "free will" they work because they have bills to pay. Just like all of us except they are not eligible for unemployment benefits.

I'm gonna have to go with Farrah on this one. Has Trinity already spent all the money she's made since winning All Stars? Maybe she's living above her means? ALL drag queens have been affected by the pandemic, they've ALL worked hard to get where they are, and we've ALL had to make sacrifices, you're not special Trinity. Not a good look. Plus the fact that she blocked Farrah... I didn't think she'd be so damn petty and stupid.

not if the work requires a crowd of people to gather in one place during a pandemic

america already has one of the highest numbers of covid cases daily and the number isn’t decreasing, but whatever right? as long as a couple of drag queens get to go up on stage and lip sync for 2 hours just to ‘work on their craft’ lmao

People can decide not to go to a show. I wouldn't go. But if there are people willing to go and these drag queen have to make money to survive then they should be allowed to work. What are you 15 and live with your parents? Renters protections expired. Foreclosure protections expired. Drag queens do not qualify for unemployment and if you don't make income you don't qualify for Obamacare. So you don't have health insurance. Do you think Covid-19 is the only disease out there. Their fates are literally in the hands of a Republican controlled congress if they don't work.

We cant keep staying home forever....it's been a year at home are we gonna have 2 years at home? Businesses are hurting, they will have to close, it'll be a bad economy for everyone

Ok but ALL businesses are going to have to shutdown if activities like this lead to another lockdown.

Right... but going to a mask-free packed club doesn’t just affect those who go. It has extreme negative externalities, especially considering LA County has ZERO available hospital beds...

People will die because selfish people choose to go party.

Meanwhile, Trinity is going under the knife to pay for cosmetic surgeries. And has tons of other avenues for income. Plus there are countless other queens doing gigs safely and not attaching their name to a flyer to pack a nightclub.

Listen, we’ve all struggled to make ends meet during this pandemic. But most of us aren’t actively making it worse.

So it’s okay to risk people’s lives? Nice.

Not every drag queen from drag race is making the same amount of money

They can easily get jobs at Walmart to help people find their cake mix too.

Trinity is rich, so her argument is not coming across well at all, but she does have a point. People can't stay home forever. I think some of the people in this thread are in countries outside the USA that handled the pandemic better from a containment and economic perspective.

If Walmart is open and ten people are in the same isle shopping for cake mix. <Totally unessential.) Then a drag queen should be able to work.

Oh yeah I totally forgot that drag queens aren’t able to get jobs outside of drag shows. It’s not like, you know, they can get a job doing something else, like literally any other job. And it’s totally not like they have hundreds of thousand- if not millions- of followers on social media that they can advertise to. You’re totally right. We should risk people’s lives just to pay our bills.

I always found Trinity so off-putting as a person and this definitely just more than confirms why

What jobs? What jobs are you referring to? Walmart? Even Disney laid of 30k last month. Do you want her to be a cashier at Target? Is she safer being in constant contact with people as a cashier? Are the people shopping any safer going to Walmart or Target not following distance guidelines while shopping or at the check out line or eating out at a packed Denny's in booths that are way to close together with no masks because how do you eat with a mask than they are at a nightclub or venue watching a drag show?
