I know a guy from india he fasted for me, can you believe that? Incredible. I have fans all over the world, people love me. I've seen it, people have seen it, but I get no coverage in the media about it. No coverage. It is what it is, I know that, very unfair.

He must’ve had undiagnosed underlying health problems because most humans can fast for at least 3 days without any food (but adequate water and no strenuous activity) while many have reported fasting for up to 7 days and surviving.

I’ve personally fasted for 3.5 days at the longest stretch without any food, before I got really hungry for...fresh raw vegetables. So now I do a big fast once every six months and it completely rejuvenates me. And your body actually craves healthy food afterwards.

Poor guy. His politics have nothing to do with his death being a tragedy.

That sounds intriguing to try but how did you even function in the 2nd and 3rd day :wtfga: I think I’d start going crazy

Only the first 24 hours was hard. Excruciating actually. By the second day you already start to feel stronger, both in mind and physically. It’s a weird paradox. I stop craving foods after 24 hours. You just want to climb mountains or do housework and be active. Somehow your body recycles excess emergency energy that is locked away in your cells. By the 3rd day you’ve got lots of energy but you’re also thinking that you need some fresh vitamins, so you’ll crave food but only good healthy food. In fact even the thought of junk food will make you feel sick.

Trust me you can do it. Just make it past 24 hours and already you will feel different. I’d say try to fast for 48 hours on your first go, then aim for 72 hours next time. But you don’t need to do it very frequently. I know some people who do the 5:2 diet which is essentially fasting for 48 hours every weekend, and they do it every single week. I think it’s unnecessary because fasting, in ancient times, was only when food supplies were in short supply during times of natural disaser: hence infrequent. The whole point of fasting is in it’s nonlinearity. If you make a regular habit of it, it’s effect wears off.

As I said, i only do two fasts a year, but I make them big ones (3.5 days) and thaT’s enough for me.

People here will wish Trump himself a safe recover from Covid. But when it comes to poor, uneducated, and mentally ill people who support Trump, they are mocked and laughed at.

Ahhh yes. Let's selectively forget the dozens of people relishing it in the other threads for a tenuous political point

As sad and rediculous as this is I find the LMAO reactions (7 and counting)  rather disrespectful. Someone died. How is that funny? :madge:

For all we know he wasn't even fully right in the head medically or had issues

At mods @PartySick @Zilla @Kayla @FATCAT in my honest opinion users continue to use reactions in very questionable ways at best. U guys warnings don't seem to be getting thru to ppls heads :interestinga:

Well fasting is healthy and not risky if you do it right. For example not taking electrolytes and salt water could be risky. I once fasted for 12 days on water salt only! I dont reccomend it and its crazy that I did it. But I felt fine and lost alot of weight.

People have to report stuff like this for us to see every case, not just tag us :rip:

And people still break the rules all the time, doesn't mean they don't know it's a rule.

12 days oh my lord. Did you start having any hallucinations? I think I could do 5 days. Maybe even 7.

But 3.5 days is perfect for me, as I already weigh an healthy weight so fasting is more to reset my metabolism than for weight loss.

No I felt completely fine considering I was obese at the time. The more weight you have the longer you can easily fast. I could have gone longer but I stopped because my breath and body smelled like strong manicure from all the ketones lol

I was extremely depressed about not being able to lose weight so I went extreme. Now I fast 3 days every month to double my monthly weight loss.

Edit: What I did was wrong nobody should fast 12 days

Sounds incredible, i’m really proud of you. Having the commitment to treating your body like a temple is such an important discipline.
