At least from what I know but not sure if there are more advanced technology able to detect it as soon as he is exposed which would make sense, he would have the contacts to know that. These rapid tests are less accurate indeed, so Biden will likely be tested daily (or even a few times a day) for the foreseeable future to make sure it's actually negative.
