Murkowski said today that she wouldn't vote to confirm a judge until after the election because "that's what's fair". And Susan Collins is already struggling in Maine due to her confirmation vote for Kavanaugh. Voting for Trump's nominee again would be political suicide. Hopefully Romney will hold off too.
