This is incredibly disrespectful to those who lost loved ones in 9/11. Also hypocritical of us who champion the BLM movement to feed into this. If we want to fight against the murder of innocent people, we can’t mock a tragedy like this.

This kind of foolishness keeps our message from being heard as clearly.

Never forget 9/11. Never forget George Floyd & Breonna Taylor. Same principals.

Precisely. It’s not the buildings that matter. That’s the wrong point. It’s the lives lost. Saying this on the anniversary  is what makes it even more cold-hearted. Using an anniversary of a tragedy to mock people??? God almighty.

A bit of shock goes a long way. Hopefully some people get why "all lives matter" pisses people off so much :applause:

The culture war that this election is causing is literally one of the worst things I have had to witness in my life. :saladga:

This is obviously to troll and condemn Trump's lazy All Lives Matter stance. Correct?

Yeah they’re being sarcastic for the most part but it’s Bigger than trump, it’s to anyone who wonders why we only protest for black lives or why we we don’t say All lives matter.

Thanks! I can see why people are offended though, because it's a very sensitive day for victims / victims' families. So they might be upset about 9/11 being used to prove a point.

But ultimately, it's all the same purpose: empathy and solidarity.
It does get the point across perfectly and keeps the conversation going.

...?

It's iconic. Because it's trending thanks to the ones attacking the trend and at the same time proving the point.

Black lives that mattered were lost inside of the buildings and on the ground around the city during the 9/11 attack as well, never forget it, innocent lives lost to a sudden tragedy. Why do we not value one another and make jokes for attention at every turn? Politics should not cost human blood, not with all our history and should have been lessons learned.

The future's uncertain and the end is always near.
