Thanks! I can see why people are offended though, because it's a very sensitive day for victims / victims' families. So they might be upset about 9/11 being used to prove a point. But ultimately, it's all the same purpose: empathy and solidarity. It does get the point across perfectly and keeps the conversation going. Get the pinot ready, because it's turtle time. Sister 9,907 Posted September 11, 2020 Share Posted September 11, 2020 Black lives that mattered were lost inside of the buildings and on the ground around the city during the 9/11 attack as well, never forget it, innocent lives lost to a sudden tragedy. Why do we not value one another and make jokes for attention at every turn? Politics should not cost human blood, not with all our history and should have been lessons learned.
