I've had friends work in jobs where its mostly white people and their one of the few people of color. There's a lot going on around us some of us with privilege don't get to see. In fact as Jane Elliot put it tolerance is not good enough cuz u shouldn't be just "tolerating" people you should be accepting them as people like anyone else regardless of what that backgrounds be is but with some people they can't even handle tolerance nevermind acceptance . The racists are the ones with the problem and they are the ones that need to change their mentality. The fact that someone can have this much hatred for a group of people is beyond me That being said I hope stuff like this doesn't increase.
