For not responding in 2 seconds? He had 2 seconds to act and if not he gets a push? Do they think maybe he has a hearing problem? Do they think he maybe is deaf? Do they think that maybe he has congnitive issues? Do they think that maybe he was so starttled that he couldn’t react so quick? And EVEN IF he refused to move, is violence like that neccessary? That might be complicated because situations can overlap so much into different things. I do think we still need a law enforcement agency that can manage of variety of different situations It just needs reforms with more accountability, better training and frankly just less power.
