How has no one mentioned this masterpiece yet

Other than that Call me by your Name, Beautiful Thing and Brokeback Mountain

I really like God's own Country too but...

Spoiler

It's basically a British version of Brokeback Mountain with a happy ending

Another comment :vegas::

Only 'Laurence Anyways' has been mentioned, but all other movies of Xavier Dolan are amazing as well! 'Mommy' would be the only one that isn't really gay, if I remember well.

Has anybody seen 'Mi Mejor Amigo' or 'A Escondidas'? Both heart wrenching.

How come nobody mentioned 'Summerstorm' yet? It always had success in previous topics like these, and rightfully so.

I joined this thread just to LMAO the person that posted a P*rn title :diane:

It's not **** actually, it does have sex scenes and there is a nudity scene in art class that gave us Marco Dapper in the nude, but the movie itself is not ****ographic, it's basically teen comedy but with a hot guy in it :enigma:

Some of y'all will hate me for this but Call Me By Your Name was so overrated.... That ending. :(

agree, I was lowkey bored sometimes but the director made everything look really beautiful and the characters were nice and the ending wrecked me :bradley:

Moonlight was okay

There's an older one I watched recently from 2006 called "Running With Scissors (directed by Ryan Murphy)," and it is hilarious yet tragic. Also relatable if you have had a turbulent relationships with your own mother. The film is about the guy who wrote the memoir that the film is based off of.
