Babylon was also produced by Bloodpop :trollga:

I thought I read somewhere online that Babylon was produced by Boys Noize, whom I love. His music is flawless.

I stand corrected then. MOST of BloodPop’s music, to me, is mediocre.

Bloodpop was also part of the songs's production and it has nothing to do with his traditional production.

Chromatica has not yet released and we are already judging the production of something that we have not even heard. Let's wait for the album first.

I'm abstaining from voting because I don't usually like remixes in general, so I feel my opinion isn't a great metric.

As far as quality, I think it is really good. The production is really energetic. For what it is, it is really good. If this was at a club, I'd be bopping. I just think we have to look at remixes and songs differently.

Usually the production takes center stage on the remixes. In a way, it is more BloodPop (feat. Lady Gaga) than the other way around.

The really fantastic thing about kindness is that it's free -Lady Gaga

I’m mainly judging BloodPop’s production, but go off!

I’m also judging what I HAVE heard from the album already. Stupid Love, Free Woman, snippets of Babylon, and (if you want to count it) the awful Stupid Love remix. The only one that doesn’t sound entirely basic, in my opinion, is Babylon.

Again, in my opinion.

I find it boring af and I don't care if 1. it's meant to be that way and 2. I don't appreciate house music. I still don't like it.

Also the argument that it's meant to be listened to in clubs, not at home... When are we going to a club :ohwell:

But I don't care, I view her remixes and songs separately, so she can put out the worst remix in the world and I'll just ignore it if I don't like it.

I’m not surprised knowing it was produced by BloodPop. In my opinion, his music is some of the most mediocre “EDM” there is.

And what kind of music did you want Gaga to make?

Honestly, anything she wants. Her music has always felt authentic with a lot of substance, even The Fame. Everything this era just hasn’t felt the same to me. Especially the music, and that’s all I care about at the end of the day. I feel like ever since A Star Is Born, Haus Labs launching, etc. her solo music has been treated like a side project. That’s what it feels like to me. Her albums and eras used to be so huge, and I’m not talking about charts and success. I couldn’t care less about the promo, chart performance, and mainstream success. I care about what I feel when I put my headphones on and press play.
