Un was or is just a kid who was given a country, she is smarter. 2. While it is true North Korea is actually a dictatorship from our point of view, people living there seem to be ok (a big part of them). I would advise a lot of you to read interviews from students from Europe who did Erasmus exchanges with the country. The country is like developed and yet is poor but mostly due to the fact that they are not given the access to technologies and materials. Censorship has a lot to do in that. 3.
