Stop thinking about it in terms of just Gaga and think about the message, the whole picture and what it means for the future. Also I don't know why you'd be surprised that she's trying to spread kindness when she literally said once "If you have revolutionary potential, you have a moral obligation to make the world a better place." I believe if we had had all that she was planning to do before the album comes out - and the album itself - the kindness speech wouldn't feel so omnipresent. She's literally letting this pervade through everything she does, which shows that it's not just a musical project, it's truly something that she believes in. But, I think this is a deliberate decision from her to help her psychological triggers. Could be something her therapy requires her to do.
