Yes. She can still do it if she is able to be sensitive about the pandemic. The joyous news needs to make us feel good about surviving the pandemic and not be like 'HEY YALL IM DROPPING AN ALBUM! LET'S CELEBRATE!' while people are fighting to survive, or even get grocery.

Do y’all just not want this album? Please, tell me, cause I’m so ****ing sick of hearing, “she should delay the album”, “she’s going to postpone it”, “it’d be better if she waited until the Fall to release the album”, etc., etc., etc. Like, at this point, if y’all want to delay it so bad, then just don’t listen to it when she releases it.

If other artists started to postpone their music, okay, I can understand Gaga doing that, but no one has done that. Gaga shouldn’t be the only one subjected to this. If anything, this is the perfect time to release it. She’s said that Chromatica is about making people happy in times of desperation and need. That is EXACTLY what the world needs right now. We can dance our way through the pain and through the stress!

People are concerned with this outbreak but doesn't mean they don't need entertainment. Especially with every events seems to postponed or cancelled. People will appreciate any new entertainment they can find.

What’s even funnier is that y’all didn’t care when this was only affecting East Asia. Two weeks ago she released a lead, debuted the album title, the track number, merch, etc. but all of the sudden it hits Europe and the Americas and now she’s obligated to stop her promo campaign in solidarity? I can’t.

This is not a question of whether it affects the east or the west. It's a question of severity.

A pandemic is not the same as an epidemic, when it affected east Asia, it was an epidemic, it is a pandemic now. When it was affecting east Asia, the total number of cases were around 20,000, it's now 150,000++.
