Italy has the coronavirus going on (stadium date would probably be in Milan or Turin, don't think people there are going to buy tickets for the next two months at least), I don't think she could fill a stadium in Germany (Germany's population is spread out across the country, no really big cities), and in Spain you'd have to choose between Madrid and Barcelona.
