Prolonged silent treatment is not doing her any favours. Even if it’s a transparent “We’re working to figure out the next steps/this is what we’ve come up with so far”. When you purchase something you enter into a contract, they do not get to *keep* your money for longer without your consent. You are fully within your rights to request a refund for a purchased CD that has no delivery date. They can get their money back but the important thing is that when you give a preorder of a product out you must have the decency of actually putting out soon(=in or within a short time; before long; quickly) or at least keeping the costumer informed. They out preorders out and those preorders can be very expensive and then they delay the game without a date... I don’t blame them that it’s likely a very difficult situation to navigate. But her team is not handling this well, and I have to say, I hope that someone is keeping track of the responses their inaction is getting from the fan base.
