More like she isn’t trying

She has the ressources to get vocal lessons and she doesn’t, AND she has the vocal range and strength

She could be one of the greats, but she just refuses to do sh!t

This is the thing with Katy. She has a good voice that is very unique. The problem is that she isn't very consistent. Rihanna has the same issue as well.
