It is not being pushed back that far. Bloodpop also said “sooner than later.” remember, this wasn’t said by Gaga, however a lot of the reasoning behind the delay would be because they have essentially lost their entire promo schedule for this album. They need to replan things, appearances, shows etc. there’s a lot of stuff going on in the background that needs to be replanned. It’s not all just because of the sole pandemic reason. Insiders confirmed it would still be a Q2 release and UMG were only delaying things 8 weeks maximum (presumably because this is after the peak of the virus in the US/majority of the world and to replan promo) Whether that be May or June is up to Interscope/UMG.
