The record label really couldn't think of something for digital promo and then wait till summer to either re-release or do promo? NO ONE KNOWS WHEN THIS IS ENDING. She honestly probably already knows that the tour isn't happening but didn't want to completely kick us in the balls. I'm not blaming Gaga. But UMG and Interscope really need to go. Also, not for anything, but what does finding money for equipment have to do with delaying the album? I always admire her philanthropy but an album being on iTunes or streaming won't hinder the amazing work of medical professionals behind the scenes. And she couldn't announce a promo single?
