His internal caucus numbers which consists of 40% of precincts in Iowa: data showed that in the first count, Bernie got 28%, Pete 20%, Warren 19%, Biden 13%. Here are some of their winners: Ted Cruz (2016), Rick Santorum (2012), Mike Huckabee (2008). Harkin (1992) Gephardt (1988) (who??? ) . None of these men ended up winning their respective primaries.
