It will be everything from "they clearly rigged this" to "wow a technical slip up that happens all the time" Even if the truth is the latter, they were told the app had potential issues before from what I remember in that article so the conspiracy theories forming right now are coming out of very valid concerns, the DNC DOES have a shady history with things like this, and with allowing undemocratic practices in these events...
