I wanted to them to deliver my tickets in the mail but that WASN'T ONE OF THE DELIVERY OPTIONS. All they had was WILL CALL.. I've never picked up tickets at will call before. How does that work??? The ticket was bought with my DAD'S credit card, and it says that the credit card holder has to be their with the credit card and an ID to pick up the tickets. That's fine because my dad is giving me a ride there in the morning.....so he can pick up my ticket for me and then leave. But i plan on getting there at 8am for the Monster Pit line. Will the will call be open by then!?!?!?!? ****EDIT*** I just got my physical ticket today!!!!! Ok here is the solution to will call!!!!! You need to GO to the arena with your Ticketmaster receipt and credit card, and they will give you a physical ticket. Just tell them that you bought a ticket on Ticketmaster and would like to pick it up. Don't bother with all that crap from Ticketmaster and Live Nation. I was downtown in Chicago and today and stopped by the United Center thinking I would give it a try, and sure enough.....I GOT MY TICKET! Finally!!! Emma 199 Posted September 18, 2012 Share Posted September 18, 2012 I had a similar situation when I saw Adele in 2010... all you have to do is call ticketmaster and request that your name be added to the list of people who can pick up the tickets at Will Call. They'll ask for some information like your order number first though, so make sure you have that on hand. When you go to pick up the tickets, make sure you have your dad's credit card and your ID. Does will call open when the line for GA opens?? i think it's different for the general admission because this is a pre-sale that requires a special code from lm, versus the vip tickets currently on sale which are open to anyone The seats i looked at were the same price as the GA though...
