Which is basically that they can recommend witnesses and things to the majority but the majority decides. Similar to clinton's impeachment process. This time there's no special counsel though, adam schiff is leading the investigation part of it, a Democrat. So Republicans are idiots still because Trump is clearly a criminal. But their issue isn't about having public hearings or not. They just are being even more stupid and truly believe Trump is being framed or something. IDK, it's insane. It's no reason to not uphold the rule of law, the constitution, and to show that no one is above the law. It's a matter of principles, ethics, and democratic values that this proceed and happen.
