Hillary told us that the Russians were interfering in the 2016 election and that Trump was a Russian Puppet. She was right. I would imagine that a former First Lady, State Senator and Secretary of State would know a few things the general public doesn’t know. It wouldn’t be surprising to know that Russia is actively working to promote and fund Tulsi. She may, or may not, be aware of it like Trump was...but she’s certainly a darling of the alt right.
