Which era do you think Gaga had made some of her best music videos? I've been on a marathon on her videos and I honestly think that this woman has made a lot of masterpieces, what do you guys think?

Bad Romance, Telephone and Alejandro just can't be beat.

Born This Way come's close with Yoü and I and Judas alone. But I don't love BTW or MTN - they both just go on a bit too long. The condensed versions are just stronger. And EoG is... nice.

I wouldn't say that Born This Way and Marry The Night are beautifully shot though. That's what both lack imo. The concepts were FIRE, but I feel that the two videos miss that thing that makes you feel like it was done like a movie. Idk, in Born This Way, it's the dance scene that bothers me a little bit (it also takes too much time from the video I think) ; and in Mary The Night, which is a great video too, none of the shots are spectacular except the last one in my honnest opinion. Same problem for G.U.Y. for exemple.

For me, a video that creams "BEATIFULLY SHOT" is The Edge Of Glory

BR/Tele/Ale are amazing videos. BR and Telephone are always in lists of some of the best videos.

The Fame. Sure, the videos weren't as exciting as the ones in TFM but I feel like the ideas she explored during TFM were already largely present in the TF videos (BR and Telephone are almost just re-recordings of Paparazzi's storyline). The TF videos all felt very different in both visuals and story content and they all served fresh ideas that didn't feel contrived (unlike stuff like the cigarette glasses etc. that were just overkill).

Every era has at least 1 great MV, but BTW era has several great videos, so there goes my vote.

Well, Bad Romance / Paparazzi / Telephone are among the most iconic music videos of all time.

 

Even though my favourites are from the BTW era, I think TFM/TF deserves the crown.  Objectively, I don't think epic videos like Marry the Night or Judas are that good.

(Edge of Glory is actually the one video that I find truly exceptional )

Considering things as a whole I say TFM. But it's a hard choice considering TF and BTW.
