Like me Glad you quit smoking, I really hate it sometimes that I‘m a smoker, I need to carry a waterbottle everywhere with me because I can‘t live without water after a cigarette, and in the morning my lungs are literally exploding ugh

I tried stopping so many times, I even bullied myself, like trying to feel so bad about my health, money etc. that I stop, telling friends and family to try and stop me, smoking less cigarettes per day, avoiding rituals like drinking coffee or alcohol which I always connected with smoking... None of it worked. Then I woke up one day and just said fuc* it, this is it. I am no longer a smoker. And so it happened OT: Other than 0 for the biggest crap on the album, my rates are quite high, most of them being 9 and

Like I just saw a gym that wanted 4000 dollars a year just for membership, considering the minimum wage here is 350 dollars can't imagine how many people actually go there and then to have to pay for a trainer yikes Imagine the amount of Bionic albums you could buy with that money But a trainer will be worth it What you want Lady Gaga🥂 What you want with Christina🥂

I stopped for 1 month after New Year’s Day, but then I was drunk and I was smoking again Now here we are again, smoking nearly a pack a marlboros a day Yeah, it‘s difficult. I think you really have to wake up and think „**** it“.

I think you really have to wake up and think „**** it“. Yeah, that's how I capitulated many times, damn alcohol and partying. Even when you manage to last for a couple of weeks, a month even, one drinking night is all it takes. I kinda made an inception on myself. Most of us have weak characters when it comes to getting rid of bad habits, and we try to sabotage ourselves as soon as possible. So I tricked myself into thinking that I am not a smoker. I was yesterday, but I am no longer today. That is simply not me. You stick with that long enough and eventually you're months away still doing it and at one point, you become so proud of yourself for making this huge thing happen, and too proud to ever begin again. At least that's what happened to me. I hope this helps a bit
