I don’t think it was intentional at first, but ofc the greedy men surrounding her could’ve started noticing how more and more people got more involved into Britney after the rumors of her being silenced and forced to do stuff she didn’t want to.

The more people talk about Britney, the more money they could get from her by selling her image and story, as they always did.
