Or well not allowed ahead, but allowed to intertwine? Your love life, your sex life, is a part of your personal life. I don't think some CEO is gonna care about you being a homosexual if you're the only person goddamn badass enough to send to Russia to do something important. Like we have to look at this from multiple sides. Yes there is always personal safety to consider. But also, if you're being sent to do business in another country, that means you're being entrusted a great deal. Like it's not only you who matters. Plus also, some people will risk personal safety for job security. Not once in a while but daily. I worked in a factory. Let me tell you, no factory is 100% osha compliant. Hell I don't know one 80% compliant. Nobody takes the QUILTBAG community seriously is because we hate ourselves so much. Isn't it better to learn to help one another? Maybe just talk to a person who doesn't have a gender identity. Someone who identifies as fluid. Or non-binary. QUILTBAG culture is built around gender and sex, and it makes sense to accept those who decide to just be themselves. Isn't that what we all want? I am not straight the minute I get to work and gay when I leave work. I play gay and I work gay. And your employer is responsible for your welfare while at work and if you are traveling for work they are responsible for your safety. Check any company's insurance. No legitimate employeer will ever send an employee somewhere they know is unstable or unsafe. If the emoloyee is sent to a country where their is reasonable risk to their safety or the safety of others they have the right to refuse without any retaliation. any company that is governed with an HR department or a country that has basic human labour laws will agree. I work in a field that requires me to travel and my company is considerate of the political, economical and environmental climate of any city, province, country that they send anyone. They will never put an employee in the way of harm because of their religious beliefs, race, gender, or sexual orientation. I dont know what company u work for or country you are in but in Canada, where this topic if based on, our companies would get sued, fined, and publically bashed for making someone travel to country that the possibility of harm to their persons because of sexual orientation can occur. If the employee states they would feel unsafe they cannot be forced to go. No decent company would send an associate anywhere they can be harmed.
