ASIB in 4k that's out in a week is also upscaled; it was shot between 2.8K and 3.4K throughout the movie production, but what matters is the camera you used and the software you're using for upscaling. My videographer husband agrees with you. He said something not shot in 4K will be diffjcult to export in true 4K. I know nothing about it. However, this looks amazing.
