I think it was a decent pop song that would have satiated both of their supporters, so in a sense, why not? Not even necessarily about the money but the opportunity to be involved with a Cher project and have that moment even if its not exactly as she would have wanted it. The song itself wasn't lacking care, it was her creation, it just wasn't as involved as Gaga would have liked. My argument being, in that moment, it didn't have to be that big of a deal. At the same time I acknowledge Gagas sentiment and can agree with it. But here we are how many years later and they've never collaborated? When I have ever wished Earthquake, for example, would have came into fruition on an official project what I am actually saying is that I wish she'd taken that amazing demo and polished it up and made it album ready. Not wanting it to be released as is, although I don't doubt some people do. And FOHL utilized an aspect of the Earthquake Demo but its not like it was the evolution of it imo. Anyway.
