Same happened to gagamonster96 on twitter too, he’s been suspended multiple times now because a company has been reporting him for posting their images by searching through his tweets and reporting tweets from back in 2011 with BTW era candids he’s posted. It's perfectly justified in this case tho. Most of internet users just don't care about copyrights and think that if it's online then it means it's free. It's so wrong and toxic because at the end of the day it will damage companies and people that were playing with the rules (why do you think it was hard for Wikipedia to have a good Gaga pic? Because most candids are copyrighted) A stronger regulation about copyrights needs to happen on the Internet but unfortunatelly this law is going a bit too far but that's because abuse of copyrights is so deeply rooted to internet culture now. What I hate and don't understand about this law is the need to pay for using the URL of a newpapers for exemple. It's been a recurring issue this entire decade and I just don't understand. Are newpapers angry about the fact that some website would actually give them more visibility + acess + views ? Like do you remember all those company suing Google over Google News because Google was making money out of showing links (yet probably 40-60% of the aactivity on the newpapers websites were from Google News mini) ?
