Gaga Feeling Better And Finishing ASIB Soundtrack

Back to business! Lady Gaga is preparing for her return to the public eye after a short hiatus due to health issues, Us Weekly can confirm.

“Lady Gaga’s back to work and feeling better,” a source told Us Weekly on Saturday, May 26. “She spent yesterday at Electric Lady Studio in the West Village working on the soundtrack fixes for A Star Is Born and is there today.”

“Bradley Cooper joined her at the studio earlier yesterday — they are putting the finishing touches on the music for the movie,” the insider added. “Gaga is in amazing spirits and much more back to herself. She has been all smiles and is so happy to be back at work.”

The source revealed that the Grammy winner, 31, was even hanging out at a West Village bar in NYC with old friends on Thursday, May 24. “She couldn’t have been more down-to-earth, smoking cigarettes on the street and having a blast,” the insider said. “It seems like the old Gaga is back.”

Finishing the ASIB soundtrack? I would have imaged that already happened a while ago—unless they're talking about a soundtrack album, which in that case makes sense.

Regardless, I'm glad to know she's feeling better. From her recent looks yesterday, today, and days prior, she looks like she's in better shape, which is amazing.

It was poor word choice, I meant, "soundtrack" as in the soundtrack that plays during the movie and "soundtrack album" as the actual physical, or digital, album that contains music from the movie.

This makes sense, I think Gaga was/is

- Working on LG6 in the studio and relaxing, taking time off for her health

- Finishing ASIB soundtrack

- Gearing up for going back to the spotlight - ASIB press is bound to start soon, she needs to get ready for being in the limelight, she'll be expected to do interviews around the world which will take a toll on her health (as seen during JWT)

- I think it makes sense LG6 is coming either before or after ASIB, this year is big for Gaga and she may as well go all guns blazing with both new music and a new film to really get back into the public's eyes for her talent again (Not to mention she needs new music to be performed at Vegas) 

---> However I wouldn't be surprised if promo for LG6 is minimal, sort-of doing a  Taylor/Reputation  and hoping hype from the album / singles will push through till she does live performances at Vegas (like Taylor did with Reputation) and really putting forward a stellar show - this will make people want to see her even more so than ever. Her team will put money into streaming promo, perhaps videos (but timed precisely so Gaga has time to rest) and radio. 

Just my thoughts
