My guess is the Starbucks footage was shot by actual paparazzi not by the fans behind these accounts. They obtained that footage and posted it without giving the paparazzi credit or a paycheck. And because these accounts are so big the paparazzi prob saw their footage being shared on Twitter and decided to report it.
