She collaborated with producers Greg Wells, Dr. Puke, David A. Stewart, and Max Martin among others on the album. The album debuted at number nine on Billboard 200, with 47,000 copies sold in its first week. It was certified platinum by the RIAA, and also reached the top ten in countries such as Austria, Canada, Germany, Mexico, and Switzerland.
