Usually, popstars dont perform the songs that are going to be singles, before they are singles. For ARTPOP, remember how she didn't sing DWUW, GUY and Venus live before they were singles! You can see the same thing with BTW, and probably with TFM as well. This is a famous strategy. That is why Dancing in Circles was meant to be a single, because she didn't perform it live before the Tour. Knowing that, you can already tell that Taylor is keeping I Did Something Bad, Getaway Car, Delicate or Don't Blame Me for singles, since she hasn't performed 'em yet.
