Yet, just a month ago she explicitly said that she was going to take at least a year off (misquoted, I know). I wonder what changed her mind? Now she's not even taking a small break - likely releasing new material while on tour. I personally think she is letting herself be free again - for a while she seemed so disconnected from us, but now it feels more like how it used to. Perhaps this has given her the inspiration since she has always upheld that her fans are her main source of inspiration. Can anyone pinpoint exactly why they think she's had a change of heart? Phaye Monster 8,741 Posted November 9, 2017 Share Posted November 9, 2017 I think she was in a lot of pain during that interview (it wasn’t long after that she postponed the European leg) and because of that she was so tired that all she wanted to do was take a break. We would meltdown for months but idk she got a 6 week break from the tour and even then she started writing music. Maybe she was not meaning litterly a break just slowing down a bit and don't do alot of diffrent things at the same time. In 2016/2017 she was litterly everywhere doing everything She did promo for TITTY/bowie tribute, Superbowl 2x, was on AHS season 5+6, worked on new music, worked on joanne, did the cure, movie soundtrack, was the main charatecter in her first big movie, coachella, FF" and did promo for joanne/planned the JWT tour and all these things she did in the spawn of 1 year and most of the times she was working at several things at once Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
