Everything is shot in HD, the final videos just weren't exported and/or uploaded in HD because it wasn't a necessity 10 years ago. They would have to go back to the original footage, maybe even contact the directors, and re-export in HD. Unless they already have the HD files and just won't upload them I kinda doubt it though.
