Gaga greatest hits album for The Fame 10th anniversary?

What it Gaga was to release a greatest hits album to mark the tenth anniversary of The Fame, alongside the A Star Is Born film and soundtrack and a possible tour. My idea would be the album would be a double one, CD1 with her hits and CD2 as a collection of unreleased tracks and b-sides, which she has spoken about in the past

I don't think Gaga would ever release a GH album unless her label forces her to or if she wants to get out of her contract. But a 'TF' 10th anniversary edition is a possibility

I don't really think greatest hits are needed these days when you can log onto iTunes/Spotify and cherry pick the songs you want... especially when your hits are spread across 4/5 albums

If she's releasing a double disc edition, with unreleased content, then fine.

But, if it's just her biggest hits, there's no point, everyone nowadays can make a playlist anyway

Keep the “cake like Lady Gaga” etc songs (act 2 songs) like i’d like ha to release something like the immaculate collection with a few new songs  and then Alejandro re-recording and remastered with those new vocals etc like things like that

Greatest Hits were a great idea like 20 years ago when people couldn't just buy individual songs on itunes or make a spotify playlist. Then people could just get an album that had all the hits, rather than buying multiple albums for a few songs they like.

These days it just feels exploitative. The only people who would really buy a GH album are the hardcore fans and collectors. 

I suppose it's different if she is also releasing unreleased content in a second disk, but really she could just sell it as "Lady Gaga: Unreleased"

I don't personally want a GH album for the 10 year anniversary unless every song is remastered, updated, with new vocals. 

Do artists even do things for their anniversaries?

I really want a GH tho, I really like those kind of albums, like revamped versions of her hits + 1 or 2 new tracks + a collection of her videography + B-sides would be perfect 

It's a shame we're on the age of streaming and those are not as needed as before, but I still want one
