I personally enjoy being continously surprised by her.  She's one artist where you really never know what to expect at any given time.

However, I do at times wish she would have been able to launch with something like Captivated and really have channeled her inner Norah Jones/Elton John hybrid.

Whatever she wants. Truthfully, a folk country Americana themed album like Joanne would have sounded like hell to me back in 2008, and it is everything I didn't know I needed from her. Her talent means she can carry anything, and the more diverse she can be, the better.
