This entire thread is fake news. Trump did not fire Comey "to back off Russia". In fact, Comey's very words today refute the entire narrative that he did any such "obstruction".

Oh, but it does. Many people were tired of the "establishment" and these type of endorsements did not sway those voters. 

She still won the popular vote by the largest margin in history. 

Meanwhile the president's current approval rating is the lowest he's ever had.
