It's not up to them only. They are the biggest new york stations, but I think we need small stations to spin it as well and other ones too. And rolling effect from last week plays a part. When it seems that it was fallin on TTH it returned to top 10, when was dropped from Teen Party then re entered again. Maybe the song is simply making a profit for the label, but maybe they are waiting for Gaga to end the movie and are booking some promo slots or something.
