Halsey's album is in youtube too but it outsreamed Witness' debut week with its 2nd week.. "STREAMING FORCE" they say.. maybe a YOUTUBE FORCE only.. it'll still outstream Joanne tho.. they have 3 singles which is doing okay in Spotify..
