Gaga's picture at the deli counter is nearing 800k likes while Katy introducing new visuals of her era to the public barely scrapes 500k. Mind you: Gaga has 24M followers, Katy has over 65M. The tour bundle is the only way to keep her from horrendous numbers. I think there's even a viable chance that Witness won't even be able to outsell Glory.
