I don't think in this case Gaga can be fully blamed but rather her team who wanted to push this song but didn't push it enough. Interscope was aware that Gaga has no time to promote but I can imagine they put pressure on Gaga to release it..... Maybe it would have been better if they waited few more weeks to release the song in May with promo coming in as soon as Gaga would be done with shooting ASIB. Some people think they are chart specialists and talk about TC having no chances or not being promoted properly bla bla...
