Plus, the song is more urban. that's like asking why every gaga video doesn't get 8 million views on first day since she has 8 million followers on vevo. Just because people follow that playlists doesn't mean all those people still use spotify/check the playlist regulary. Also just because she is on that playlist doesn't mean people will notice the song is on there. It's been top 5 for like 1 day, a possition that actually makes you see it.
