Why Are Some Of Us So Negative And Ungrateful Towards Gaga?

I'm not trying to act like an innocent angel or something, but I just wanna discuss this since I've the feeling that "we" (the fanbase in general) have a lot of complaints about Gaga nowadays.

So, last night Gaga surprised us all with a - in my eyes - great Coachella performance which she really dedicated to her real fans. The fans who don't only care about her hits, but also enjoy and appreciate her other stuff. How amazing was it to hear songs like Speechless, Sexxx Dreams, Scheiße and Love Game again? I mean, who had that ever expected? 

And on top of that, she even surprised us all with the release of a brand new single The Cure. And to be honest, I expect more new songs to be released soon. 

Maybe the new song isn't really your cup of tea, which can happen of course, not judging that. BUT I see a lot of negative comments on this (supposed to be) fan site not only about this new song, but also about her whole performance. People are complaining about her lack of energy for example and the way the Coachella performance was.

I've seen the same things happen during the Super Bowl Halftime Show, not as much as now though. Also during the release of Joanne people were so negative about Gaga, which makes me very sad actually. AND people are judging her way to much for her single choices. Forget DIC!

SO, my point: Gaga is working EXTREMELY HARD! She released an album, did the Dive Bar Shows, did the Super Bowl Halftime Show, is doing big gigs as Coachella, is preparing for A Star Is Born wherin she plays the main character and she also produces the soundtrack of that movie, is preparing for The Joanne Tour, is making new material and released a brand new single The Cure AND SO ON!

She is working so hard (for us). Sometimes it just feels unrightful to see such a big amount of complaining people. Of course, you can't like every single thing she does, but I feel some of us lost their respect for this hard working woman.

I think she is even doing too much. 

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion but there's a HUGE difference between saying "I don't like this for XYZ reasons" and just being a nasty vicious asshole. Some people think that gaga owes them something and therefore they have the right to be nasty and vicious until they get what they want. Gaga doesn't owe us ****. She doesn't have to do all that she does for us. She works so insanely hard for us because we mean the world to her. She didn't just change the music industry. She changed the meaning of "I love my fans". Remember this is the woman who said "people always say 'oh you always talk about your fans' but how can I not? They're my reason for everything now".

i think the amount of negativity is alarming. i've seen an increase in it since i joined the forums in october. at this point they are looking for something to be wrong & then claiming something is wrong. and its really unsettling the amount of times other fans have to remind the complainers what gaga has on her schedule. at this point i think they should all get over themselves & accept that her and our world will never be like it was during born this way era. get the **** over it, stop being hypocrites, and accept that she is evolving. and if that makes them uncomfortable then GOOD! lady gaga has done her job then. 

i'm honestly sick of all the "joking" insults, the complaints, the threads about her chart success abd what people would do differently if they were her managers. 

what happened to the threads that analyzed her art and visuals on any era? what happened to threads dissecting her lyrics from any era? what happened to real discussions that didn't implode into arguments over if troy was a good manager or not? um he wasn't & personal opinions of monsters do not change that fact! 

i am not even someone who agrees with everything gaga does, but there is a HUGE LINE between that & the attitude that some users on this site have. i'm sick of it! i don't even feel like i am on a lady gaga fansite. people are way too entitled and spoiled and ungrateful.

Her Coachella performance was pretty stellar, no issues there. But releasing a song that wouldn't have sounded impressive coming from Selena Gomez is another matter. 😕 

Now some of the people here who continuously **** on Joanne for the sole reason that it hasn't spawned any massive hits... that is negative.
