juju 18,907
[#04] Your Love Is My Drug [Score] 8.70 [Highs] @slayo - 11 [Lows] @RAMROD, @littlepotter - 7 [My remarks] One of the catchiest songs Kesha has ever assembled; truly a moment on this one. I think it features some of her most clever lyrics to date. My rating = 10. [Commentary]@TeenIdle - 10 The 11-year-old me would kill me if I gave it less than a 10. @IndieKylie - 10 My favorite single from the Animal/Cannibal era. Your Love Is My Drug is exactly why we love Kesha: sharp lyrics, catchy chorus, and the rap-bridge we cannot resist. This is the song that made me stop and think ‘she’s so much more than the party image her previous singles have portrayed’ and thank god it did, because it introduced me to her albums which hold much more depth than they’re given credit for. This is one of my favorite album openers because it truly sucks you in.@Pablo - 9 A decent party song with a nice beat, kinda odd for a album opener but that doesn't change my rating. I actually listened to this twice because it ended so quickly. @Gia Gunn - 8.75 I wanted to give a song a 5 before listening to it again after all this years It was my least favourite Kesha singles when I stanned ha in 2010, but it won me over now @xoxo cupcakke - 8 It’s a cute pop song with interesting juxtapositions of love and drugs. Takes me back 2010, so it’s a great way to start the decade and your debut album. ❤ x ❤
