With the second half, yeah, thats how I personally feel (and even then  ) about the entire idea of deportations of immigrants, but Trump is so stupid that he probably doesn't know or care even if its actually hurting the country

a DUI definitely could have murdered another person. once you commit a crime like that then they will pick you up  . it sucks but it is what it is. if you arent supposed to be in the country in the first place you gotta walk on egg shells he entire time you are here since you are committing a crime just by being here. statute of limitations for a DUI dont matter when you're breaking the law by being here and also have multiple previous convictions which indicates you are not someone who we can rely on to follow the law of this country. Sad!

Of course the statute of limitations should matter, if the legal system doesn't feel that an American citizen is dangerous enough to lock them away, why should they feel this guy is dangerous enough? Because he came here illegally? How does that change the crime in question?

coming here illegally. that is the crime and he had previous convictions. those matter too. he is an illegal immigrant. like i said its sad but its the law and will be for some time with trump in office. 

 

i understand the feeling of wanting to just view people as people but we have laws here and if they are broken then there are consequences especially if you arent someone who is supposed to be here in the first place or didnt do the proper paperwork.
