Anyone who thinks she hasn't gotten a little money from the Clinton campaign is living in fantasy land. But, no. I don't think she's getting paid for all the promo she's doing lately.

No one is paid to endorse a candidate, for NO artist would ever choose to eliminate a great portion of their fan base.

They do it because it's the right thing to do, and have enough independence and security at that point in their career to do so. (i.e. Taylor Swift cannot at this time in her career, as her core fanbase is still largely country.)

Campaigns may sometimes cover the expenses of an artist's performance - i.e. the crew's travel and hotel.

I know. If I were in a situation where it's just 2 candidates for it and one of them is Trump, of course I'd vote for Clinton.

I actually just thought about this. Gaga has million of followers and if she felt this way, she'd try to tell EVERYONE about her political views to persuade into voting for the candidate that she is. It's not that she believes 100% in her, it's just that the other option is TERRIBLE that you at least want the "least horrible" option to win.

It's not that that shes getting paid it's more that there are only so many networks and special interest groups that have huge influence over the media so it only hurts ones career to go against the establishment candidate who in this case is Hillary

She was paid to perform at that Bill Clinton event, whether she was paid for future endorsement I'm not sure but I think Gaga's supported the Clintons in general since that event.

There's other candidates that seem to fit her general political view better than Hillary but she only endorsed Hillary so maybe? Who knows.

I think every political candidate asks celebrity's and people of higher power to do things like performances  aka the Beyonce thing or like telling your fan base to vote but I don't think anyone is like told to publicly endorse me and we will pay you
