Bieber has done very well transitioning from a "kiddie pop" act into a sexually drenched young adult. But his songs are soooooooo reliant on autotune and trendy noises. Does anyone actually expect that Justin Bieber, in 20 years (as a 40-something man) can still take the stage and perform these songs? Which were originally produced to chase trends-of-the-day and be Drake-vocal ripoffs? He'll likely be much less popular and be singing in random casino's across the country with no major stage theatrics. What does the future actually hold for a guy like him? It's thoughts like these that remind me why I stan for Gaga. She can keep doing what she's doing, stage theatrics or not, simply because she's a brilliantly gifted musician. I have no idea what it's like to grow up in the spotlight, but I imagine it's not great. My prediction is that he is going to try to gtfo of the entertainment industry as soon as his contract is up, but occasionally stir up trouble for attention and coins. If he were a bigger man, I would agree. But I tend to believe that he loves this attention wayyyy to much. He's going to milk it until he's completely broken by it. He knows in his heart he's a fraud and preying upon the sexual interests of his fan base (i.e., not a "real" musician). He's gonna implode. Bookmark me. He already seems more distant from his music and fans than ever before so I could see him stopping by the time he's 30.
